Castle Hill Fitness (CHF) is a premier Health Club and is one of the largest, leading health and fitness clubs in the Hills District. It is known for it's hotel quality "5 star" customer service, our positive culture / open learning, career development program, and our extensive range of programs and equipment.

In this hands-on role, you’ll receive gym floor hours to work closely with members to deliver personalised fitness assessments, create safe and effective training programs, and provide ongoing motivation and support. You’ll be a friendly, professional presence on the gym floor - coaching, encouraging, and ensuring our facilities remain welcoming, clean and safe.

We’re looking for passionate, qualified, fitness professionals who enjoy working with a diverse range of members and bring energy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to every shift. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding member experience while contributing to our strong community culture.
