Gaming Customer Service Attendants
CASTLE HILL RSL CLUB

 

Castle Hill RSL Club is seeking Part Time Gaming Customer Service Attendant's to join our friendly and professional team.

ABOUT THE ROLE...

  • Assisting guests with gaming machine operations and responding promptly to customer enquiries
  • Conducting regular checks and basic maintenance to ensure gaming machines are functioning correctly
  • Adhering to all gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming gaming floor environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive gaming experience for all patrons
  • Accurately handling cash and performing gaming‑related financial transactions
  • Collaborating with the broader club team to support seamless venue operations

 

ABOUT YOU...

  • Current RSA and RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Demonstrates an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment with a "Can-do" attitude.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional customer service practices.
  • A willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Display safe work habits.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to operate independently and work effectively under pressure.
  • Must have availability to work across a rotating roster, including late nights until 4am and early mornings.
